Langtang is a popular trekking destination on a round trip trek of about 10 days duration. It is inhabited by the Sherpa and Tamangs. The interesting thing about this part is that the Shepas living in this valley and the Sherpa living in the Khumbu are different in the cultures, their traditions and the beliefs. Our carefully designed two hour package will take you over the Kathmandu valley all the way to the valley of Langtang from where the great peaks - Ganesh (7407m.), Langtang Lirung (7246 m.), Dorje Lapka (6975m.) and many others, become visible. An hour at Kyanjin Gompa, the famous Gompa at 3950 m. is spent to enjoy the views of the gorgious Langtang ranges and enjoy the high alpine country.
The flight may also instigate you to come back for a trek into Langtang ational Park, famous for the Red Panda and Yak cheese, memorable for its little market and holy monasteries as you would be seeing the drastic changes of Kathmandu valley into high alpine country as the transformation is so immediate to be unbelievable.
