Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced white water kayaker keen to
tackle one of our more challenging rivers, we can arrange a fun and rewarding
kayaking experience for you.
Kayaking clinic/School:
We can teach everything you need to know. Paddle strokes,
river maneuvers, rolling, reading water, whitewater and kayak safety. We have
all the latest equipment and would love to teach you. We are internationally
trained and internationally experienced instructors with European and Nepalese
certifications.
Come to Nepaland experience the excitement of white water kayaking. On the basic four-day
course(longer courses are also popular and can be easily arranged) our
instructors start you off with basic skills in calm water and build from there.
The course progresses at your own pace, giving you a solid grounding in safe
kayaking principles. By the end of the four days you will be able to read the
water, maneuver your kayak through the rapids and have fun on any river.
Upon completion of your course, you are welcome to join us
one of the our short or long trip with raft support.
Suggested Itinerary 1
Day 1-2: Pick up from the airport and Transfer to the Hotel,
rest of the day sort out all necessary things for Kayaking trips.
Day 3: Drive to Bhotekoshi (Lamusangu) approxmately 3 hours
drive with Private bus rest of the day warm up Paddle in Lower section of
Bhotekoshi..
Day 4-6: Continue Paddle on the Upper Sun Koshi (Lower part
of Bhotekoshi)
Day 7: After Lunch drive Back to Kathmandu.
Day 8: Fly to Pokhara Rest and, Warm up Paddling at Lakefull day with our Crews
Day 9-10: Drive to Damuli for Kayak the seti from Damauli
with raft support, trip end at Gaighat and drive to Pokhara.
Day 11-15: Drive to Kali Gandaki, Lower section camp at
River bank it is one of the best section for Kayaking and too see wild life
activites.
Day 16: Continue down the Narayani to Chitwan natinal park
and Transfer with jeep to Camp..
Day 17-18: you can rest here or take activities in ChitwanNational park.
Day 19: Paddle easy bit of the Trisuli – then back to Kathmandu.
Suggested Itinerary 2
Day 1-2: Arrive in Kathmandu and Kathmandusorting out boats and necessary things for Kayak gears.
Day 3: Drive to Balebhi Khola a day warm up on the Balephi
Khola.
Day 4-12: Start paddling the upper Sun koshi to Chatra (with
raft support) every day set up new tented camp.
Day 13: Drive to from Chatra to ChitwanNational Park stay at Lodge.
Day 15: Drive to pokhara with tourist bus/Private Bus, rest,
recuperation and hotel.
Day 16: Drive to Nayapool and trek to the modi khola
(towards Annapurna region) starting point stay at Lodge
Day 17: Early morning after brekfast start Paddle the upper
modi khola to Nayapool then back to pokhara.

Kayak Clinic Nepal
Kayaking clinic program- 4 days
Day 01: Drive to Seti river Put in point at Damauli (Put in
point of Kayaking course), we provide you lunch and kayaking course starts.
Camp overnight at riverbank
Day 02: After breakfast. Kayaking course begins passing
throughout gentle rapids. We serve lunch around afternoon. and continue
kayaking down to SitiRiverand Camp overnight at river bank.
Day 03: After breakfast Kayaking course starts passing
throughout small friendly rapids. We serve lunch around afternoon. and continue
kayaking down to SitiRiverand Camp overnight at river bank.
Day 04: After Seti river our team depart to Trishuli river,
If you feel more confident on SetiRiverthen your instructor recommend you in bigger rapids. After some kayaking
through some exciting rapids of Trishuli depart you back to Kathmanduit takes around 4-4.30 hours
